If everyone is receiving the same articles and ecourses in the same markets, won't these niches become overcrowded?

That's an excellent question and a valid concern...

Actually, the answer is "No."

For starters, most of the people who join Content Goldmine™ will never do anything with the information and material. It's sad, and we truly hope that you are not one of these people, but in our experiences, whether we're offering an ebook or a membership site, 90% of the time the products go totally unused.

And of those who do use the information, not everyone will go into the same markets. That's why we're giving you 10 markets a month with 10 articles each!

Also, we are limiting our members to 1500, and we have found that this number is small enough to keep competition to a minimum. (NOTE: Our other membership site, Nicheology.com has been active for almost 2 years, and if you ask any member if competition is an issue they'll all say "NO".)

Finally, remember that you have private label rights to each and every article and ecourse, so even if someone is competing in the same market it's doubtful that they'll be selling the exact same product as you. In fact, it would probably be a good idea to joint venture with some of your fellow members so you can cross promote one another's products.

Do I receive MASTER resell rights to the articles and ecourses I receive each month?

As a member of Content Goldmine™, you will receive a PRIVATE LABEL license to all content, meaning you can add your name to the products or alter the content as you see fit. You CANNOT, however, sell the resell rights to the original articles or ecourses to others, nor can you allow any non-members to claim authorship or alter the articles and ecourses for free or otherwise.

The purpose of this content is for you to USE, not for you to sell, so if your intention is to bundle our articles and ecourses to sell to others in a package, we ask that you please not join.

We have this rule for one simple reason: To Protect Our Members

If every member of Content Goldmine™ began selling resell rights licenses to the articles and ecourses we offer, these markets would become overcrowded and everyone would lose.

So, if you truly have your heart set on selling reprint rights, you may use our articles and ecourses as the basis for your own products, which of course you would then be able to sell (but only after making SUBSTANTIAL changes/improvements to the content of the product).

How do I know if my "substantial changes" are substantial enough?

Here's a good rule of thumb...

If another Content Goldmine™ member could look at your product and say, "Hey, isn't this content from CGM?" then more than likely the change isn't substantial enough. Still, we realize that this is not a black and white issue, which is why we will address it on a case-by-case basis as needed.

That is why if you wish to sell resell rights to products formed from the content in Content Goldmine™, we ask that you submit the product to us for approval first.

Do you have an affiliate program?

What if I don't like any of the markets that you feature in a month?

Each month we will feature ten (10) different markets, so chances are good that at least one of them will peak your curiosity.

But the bigger point is this...

Whether you like or don't like a particular topic is actually irrelevant. The fact is, every market we present is researched, tested, essentially proven to be profitable (assuming, of course, that you take appropriate action).

So in actuality, you shouldn't care if a particular topic interests you...you should care that it interests enough OTHER people out their on the Internet to make you a LOT of money. Make sense? :o)
